1. التعريفاتDefinitions
“المنصة”: موقع ماتراب maatrab.com. “العميل”: أي مستخدم يشتري عبر المنصة. “المشتل” أو “البائع”: أي مشتل أو بائع نباتات مسجّل يعرض منتجاته على المنصة.“Platform”: the Maatrab website, maatrab.com. “Customer”: any user who purchases through the Platform. “Nursery” or “Seller”: any registered nursery or plant seller that lists products on the Platform.
2. قبول الشروطAcceptance of Terms
باستخدامك للمنصة أو إنشاء حساب فيها، فأنت توافق على هذه الشروط والأحكام وعلى سياسة الخصوصية.By using the Platform or creating an account, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy.
3. الحساباتAccounts
يلتزم المستخدم بتقديم معلومات صحيحة والمحافظة على سرية كلمة المرور، ويتحمّل مسؤولية أي نشاط يتم من خلال حسابه.Users must provide accurate information and keep their password confidential, and are responsible for all activity under their account.
4. الطلبات والأسعارOrders & Pricing
جميع الأسعار بالدرهم الإماراتي وتشمل ضريبة القيمة المضافة ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك. يتم تأكيد الطلب بعد إتمام الدفع أو اختيار الدفع عند الاستلام، وقد يتم إلغاء الطلب في حال عدم توفر المنتج مع استرداد كامل المبلغ.All prices are in UAE dirhams and include VAT unless stated otherwise. An order is confirmed once payment is completed or cash on delivery is selected. An order may be cancelled if a product is unavailable, with a full refund.
5. التوصيل والزراعةDelivery & Planting
يتم التوصيل داخل دولة الإمارات خلال المدة الموضحة عند الطلب. خدمة الزراعة اختيارية وتُحتسب رسومها بشكل منفصل حسب حجم النبتة.Delivery within the UAE takes place within the time shown at checkout. The planting service is optional and charged separately according to plant size.
6. ضمان صحة النبتة والاسترجاعPlant Health Guarantee & Returns
تصل النباتات بحالة صحية جيدة. في حال وصول نبتة تالفة، يُرجى التواصل خلال [٠٠] ساعة من الاستلام مع صور واضحة، ليتم الاستبدال أو الاسترداد. لا يشمل الضمان الضرر الناتج عن سوء العناية بعد الاستلام.Plants arrive in good health. If a plant arrives damaged, please contact us within [00] hours of delivery with clear photos for a replacement or refund. The guarantee does not cover damage caused by improper care after delivery.
7. شروط المشاتل (البائعين)Nursery (Seller) Terms
• يجب أن يكون المشتل مرخّصاً داخل دولة الإمارات.• The nursery must be licensed in the UAE.
• يلتزم المشتل بدقة صور ووصف وأسعار ومخزون منتجاته.• The nursery is responsible for accurate product photos, descriptions, prices and stock.
• يخضع الاشتراك لباقة شهرية و/أو عمولة على المبيعات حسب عقد الانضمام: [نسبة العمولة].• Subscription is based on a monthly plan and/or a sales commission per the seller agreement: [Commission rate].
• يحق للمنصة إيقاف أي حساب يخالف معايير الجودة أو هذه الشروط.• The Platform may suspend any account that breaches quality standards or these terms.
• يلتزم المشتل بدقة صور ووصف وأسعار ومخزون منتجاته.• The nursery is responsible for accurate product photos, descriptions, prices and stock.
• يخضع الاشتراك لباقة شهرية و/أو عمولة على المبيعات حسب عقد الانضمام: [نسبة العمولة].• Subscription is based on a monthly plan and/or a sales commission per the seller agreement: [Commission rate].

8. الملكية الفكريةIntellectual Property
جميع محتويات المنصة من شعار وتصميم ونصوص مملوكة لماتراب، ولا يجوز استخدامها دون إذن كتابي. يحتفظ المشتل بحقوق صور منتجاته ويمنح المنصة حق عرضها.All Platform content, including the logo, design and text, is owned by Maatrab and may not be used without written permission. Nurseries retain the rights to their product photos and grant the Platform the right to display them.
9. حدود المسؤوليةLimitation of Liability
تعمل ماتراب كمنصة وسيطة بين العملاء والمشاتل، ويتحمّل كل مشتل مسؤولية جودة منتجاته، مع التزام المنصة بمتابعة أي شكوى وحلّها.Maatrab acts as an intermediary platform between customers and nurseries. Each nursery is responsible for the quality of its products, and the Platform is committed to following up on and resolving any complaint.
10. القانون المطبّقGoverning Law
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، وتختص محاكم [الإمارة] بالنظر في أي نزاع.These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of [Emirate] shall have jurisdiction over any dispute.
